TERMS and CONDITIONS
Service Area: MFT’s service area is within a 50-mile radius of south Sarasota. Beyond the service area, an additional fee will be required. Doves: MFT doves are subject to availability in consideration of the birds’ health and well-being; including but not limited to: weather conditions, supply, threat of natural predators &/or any other potentially harmful conditions.
Payment and Prices: MFT accepts cash, checks, Pay Pal for Visa, MC, Discover & American Express and barter exchange. MFT understands the advantages of barter exchange and will consider any reasonable offer. Barter option only available on services. Funeral services subject to alternate pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Reservation: A $100.00 deposit is required for date and time reservations, with the balance due no later than 14 days prior. Deposit will not be refunded if said reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior. If MFT chooses not fulfill a release, due to an unforeseen circumstance, a credit or refund will be issued. Funerals subject to individual conditions.
Contract: A signed contract is required at time of deposit. No service will be performed without a signed contract.
Credits and Gift Certificates: A Credit Certificate or a Gift Certificate will be honored with no date of expiration, however certificate use is limited to a maximum of $100.00 per event. Certificates cannot be used in lieu of the deposit required to hold your reservation date and time. Certificates are not redeemable for props or displays not associated with a contract for services. Certificates are transferable.
