Frequently Asked Questions
*These birds are able to find their way home from distances up to 600 miles away.
*White Doves are actually white homing pigeons. A superior training program along with a good diet, plenty of exercise and lots of love; together with their natural homing instinct, gives them the strength, the endurance and the will, to return home.
*These birds are not the same doves you would find in the wild, or in a pet store! If they are not homing pigeons, they will not survive the release!
*There is a lot more to a release than opening a basket or tossing them into the air! My Fairy Tale Doves, and their handlers, are trained professionals!
*Night vision is not notorious in these birds. Their flight path must be well lit, to insure a safe return home.
*Unlike wild birds, we can regulate their feeding schedule to discourage such "accidents".
